Our Strategic Approach to HR
Red Clover offers large-scale, strategic and operational Human Resources support that’s accessible to small businesses. The goal is to put you, the client, front and center. We only accept engagements where we are convinced we can add value to your organization. We are flexible in our approach to work, which allows us to offer flexibility in the service we offer to your business. We work closely with you to meet your individual business goals, and a thorough knowledge transfer is part of every project.
The Process
Engagements begin with an evaluation of the overall business goals through our initial kickoff call. The purpose is to discuss where you would like to be in 12-18 months, the impact that people have on those goals, and what changes you would like to make to support those goals. This includes a full P&L review, with a focus on people-related revenue and expense line items. The information that comes out of that meeting is used for quarterly work planning. The work plan is reviewed during regularly scheduled meetings to monitor progress and make adjustments if needed.
From there, we work with you on an ongoing basis. We assign a consultant to manage the overall work plan and lead communications with you and your team. In addition, you will work periodically with other members of the team, either on activities that require specialist support, or to cover additional workload requirements or consultant absences.
